Implementation of an Anti-spam system

The system filters low-quality calls and bots and prevents them from entering the main funnel. Only real customers get into the sales department. For optimization purposes, devices in Serbian were disabled

Connecting a CRM system and setting up automation

Tools for business processes in the real estate sector have been introduced. Telegram chat for lead notifications, Google spreadsheet for storing the lead database, setting up lead transfer to CRM

The client received 160 leads for 3 weeks of work

Concluded 2 trades for €1,500,000, first €1,000,000 deal 17 days after the ad was launched

Anti-Fraud

Blocked: 532 bots and direct hops, 18 devices, and 61 IP addresses

High-quality leads were 48% from the total KPI according to narrow criteria
